I’ve been transferring my old holiday snaps to Google Photos and have been reminded of things.
Things like this. A Mk2 Cortina in US spec with different and extra lights to ours. The owner had several at one stage.
You can tell that it’s in a dry climate because it still exists.

I’m in California and urgently need to know where this is. My first car was very nearly a basket-case Mk1 Cortina.

Can’t remember I’m afraid. It was nearly seven years ago and in a fairly remote area is all I can remember.

Yes, the various models of Cortina used to be best sellers in the 60s and 70s.
